Green Park Water Services Limited (“GPWSL”) was established to systemactically construct, repair, improve and maintain the roads, water distribution system and airstrip, in an organsied manner, serving the subdivisions of L.R. number 420/6 (original number 420/4/2) (“Estate”) and also to generally manage and protect the Estate and the environment, the costs of which are reimbursed to GPWSL by the land owners/members in the Estate through the Annual Cost Reimbursement charge (“ACR”) which is paid monthly.
The Board of Directors of GPWSL would like to sensitize the land holders/members in the Estate and the public at large that the minimum acreage of ownership in the Estate is five (5) acres which entitles the owner to one (1) ordinary share in GPWSL. All legitimate transfers of land in the Estate must be done together with a share in GPWSL.
The Estate also has a Building Committee which provides guidelines for Building Regulations and approvals for any developments to the land in the Estate.
