Greenpark is a residential development located below Mt. Eburu and above the Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort. The development overlooks Lake Naivasha with Mt. Longonot majestic in the background, and distantly the Kikuyu Escarpment. Wonderful views of the Mau Escarpment and Aberdare Range are also enjoyed by some. The plots of this estate belong to shareholders of Greenpark Water Services Ltd. The Board of Directors, together with appointed personnel, manage the estate. Greenpark Water Services has been set up to manage the Greenpark estate. It exists for the benefit of plot owners in Greenpark Development.
The company’s affairs are managed through a Board of Directors (elected by plot owners in Annual General Meetings) to manage the estate in all its aspects. The Building and Development within the estate is regulated and controlled by the Building and Development Committee which is elected annually from members who are not Directors of the Board. The committee reports to the Board of Directors.
A full time Estate Manager, Mr Raymond Behr (estatemanager@greenparknaivasha.com), is employed to ensure that management of the estate is carried out efficiently. All accounts are handled by the accountant Lawrence Kamau (accounts@greenparknaivasha.com ). All communication to members including billing of charges is done through email.
