Green Park is a residential development located below Mt. Eburu and above the Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort. The development overlooks Lake Naivasha with Mt. Longonot majestic in the background, and distantly the Kikuyu Escarpment. Wonderful views of the Mau Escarpment and Aberdare Range are also enjoyed by some. The plots of this estate belong to shareholders of Green Park Water Services Ltd.  The Board of Directors, together with appointed personnel, manage the estate. Green Park Water Services has been set up to manage the Green Park estate. It exists for the benefit of plot owners in Green Park Development.

In 1978, Palle Rune (a Kenyan of Danish origin), Lee Ngugi (a prominent businessman) and Samuel Waruhiu (a prominent lawyer) purchased 2 farms named Green Park and Grey Lag from Robin Higgin.
